Is there any tools in place in Cetec to assist in multiple site locations, where they can all be linked together? Even like a log in page and than choose which domain to head to from there?
@edixon I’m not familiar with that scenario.. can you explain a little more? These are different physical work sites using the same instance of Cetec? In this case what are the different domains they would choose from?

Hello, Since writing this I have visited the Cetec convention I got this question addressed. We are now still using one domain with just adding more seats for users from other satellite locations. Just now what do we have to do next to allow this to function properly for 3 work locations (Alabama, Michigan, and Pennsylvania facilities). Is it as simple as adding new warehouse locations and GLs for each? If so, where do we add these?
@edixon If you are operating as a single tax authority with multiple locations then all you need to do is define your warehouses under data maintenance.
Go to Admin > Maintenance > Data Maintenance > LNAME and create your separate warehouses. LNAMES can be either an inventory or sales location or both at the same time. LNAMES can also be nested with parent and child relationships.
Once you’ve configured your multiple LNAMES you can define GL Transaction mappings specific to each location.
For users you can define a default LNAME and can also decide which locations a user can see.
Once the LNAME Warehouse and Sales locations are configured you’ll be able to select them on Sales quotes and Orders, Purchasing Quotes and Orders.. Inventory and also AR and AP. You’ll also be able to filter your Accounting reports by LNAME.
Here is an example of adding a warehouse location..
You’ll notice that in data maintenance when creating a new LNAME you’ll be able to define things like the address, tax group / authority etc..

@edixon If you occasionally transfer inventory between warehouses you might create a warehouse for in transit inventory.
Here’s an example of a warehouse transfer with an in transit warehouse.
