Nacha Export isn't working

Hi guys,

From the Check Register screen, when I try to export my NACHA file, it gives me this error:

and then the file says this when you open it:

Please advise because I do need to schedule the NACHA payment for next Friday.

Good news - the file downloaded - YAH! BUT, it is wrong. The file came over with the decimals off, so for example Wurth should be $1281.32, but the file has it as $12.81. Please advise.

Hey Kelly,

Update here - could you swap to the old version of the check register and try exporting the NACHA file via that version? There is an issue with the file export on the new version that should be fixed within the next 7 days or so.

In the meantime, we’re asking people exporting NACHA files to utilize the old version & the file it provides until that timeframe has passed. Give that a try and let me know if the numbers are still off.

Thanks! I went ahead and uploaded it, but changed all the dollar values manually this week. Next week, I will try this. Thanks for jumping on it.
