NCR - Report - Missing MRB comment on "Closed" Report

It would be nice if the MRB “Resolution” and “accepted By” fields are part of the final NCR report once the NCR moves to a “Closed” state.

Just to clarify, when you say, “the final NCR report” do you mean the documents that pull up when you click on the “PDF” or “Printable” options at the bottom right of a closed NCR?

yes. Once you move the NCR to “closed” state, and attempt to print the PDF, the MRB comments disappear.

It’s funny to respond on the computer because we’re both at the conference right now, but I figured this way the response would be documented. It looks like engineering is aware of this issue, and a solution is coming out with version 4.0 in a few weeks.

But in the meantime, if you need the printout to show your MRB comments, you would need to reopen the NCR and then print or PDF. At the moment, it won’t print correctly if the NCR is closed.
