New Version of Cetec - Accounting Report No Longer Loading

Cetec updated our environment this week and the Trial Balance accounting report no longer loads.

We are having so many issues with this update with no help yet.

For now I have our accounting department deleting _new from the url to load the old report but we can’t continue operating this way.

Hey Kylie,

Apologies on the delayed response here - you’re correct the new version of the trial balance was not loading as expected. The workaround here would’ve been to steer you to the old version until that’s been resolved.

Engineering should have that new version report up and running now (thank you for the confirmation).
