The new version of the part record is missing most of the options on the left side of the screen.

Following up. This has not been resolved.
This is most likely a caching issue. When I logged in I did not have the same issue. If you hard refresh a few times on that page it will fix the issue. Hard refresh is Ctrl + Shift + R for windows and Cmmd + Shift + R for macs.
