Nightly Emails

I have two issues.

  1. We have an email that is sent every morning to administrator@kycon.com that needs to be changed to email_administrator@kycon.com. I cannot find where to change this.

  2. Our sales team did not receive their invoice and consolidated invoice emails last night.

Has your sales team been receiving their emails now? I looked into the email log and did not see any recent failures.

  1. I think you misunderstand. I need to change one of the recipients of a nightly email to email_administrator@kycon.com

  2. Yes, the sales team received their emails yesterday at around noon and this morning at their regular time.
