Not able to add a new user

I need to add another user to our system and it will not let me add them.

Thanks for posting on the forum; happy to help you! There’s a chance the username you’re trying to add is an inactive user. So, go to the user list, click View Inactive Users and see if the username you’re trying to add is inactive.

If so, you can edit that user by activating them or changing.
