Our sales force normally cc’s themselves to ensure the quote or invoice sends properly. Two of our five sales people do not receive emails from Cetec. It does not matter if the email addresses are in To: or CC: fields. We have confirmed that within one sent quote, some team members will receive and the other two will not receive. We have reviewed the Microsoft Exchange log and emails are not arriving for the two people whereas they do arrive for those that do receive the emails. In the Admin > Config Setting > Email Settings, we sent “Test Email” and they again were not received. We looked at the Cetec email log, and we did not see any failed emails.
Hello - following up on this. Our team members are still not receiving emails from CETEC.
