There was a field in the start work screen that had an option to enter the number of people working on a work order at a time. It is now gone causing us to not be able to accurately track time on work orders.
I just opened the Start Work screen and I see a field called Number of Workers (to the right of Setup on the second row of fields).
Engineering is working on this and we’ll get a fix deployed to you as soon as it’s complete.
Yes, this is in the new release, which has started rolling out to some customers, and will go out to more customers later this week. We hope to have this issue resolved before the rollout is complete.
