OLD VERSON VERSES NEW VERSION

Pls take a look at this po. When I log in it shows the new version and when I put a cost in it rounds the cost up when i email it over to the vendor. Which it is making me pay more for the product and if I click back over to the old version the price is correct. I am good on using the new version, but I need to know how to correct this, so I am not paying a higher price.PO 9213.1

I’ve checked out the PO in question that you sent over. I’ve also downloaded the PDF in each version (both old and new) and am not seeing a dollar difference.

Both versions are presenting the same dollar value when navigating to the download PDF process in the system.

Now is the costing rounding up once it leaves the system or can you see it rounding up with you download the PDF on one of your POs? If the old version is showing the correct amount that you need to pay the vendor, please continue using the old version.

Accuracy is the key there - and I also don’t want you paying a higher price than negotiated/agreed upon.

If you could Ronda, please send over another example PO that I can dig into for you. I can’t see the discrepancy on the original example in question.
