Question 1 : What is the difference between invoices and ontime invoices, as they are never the same.
Question 2: When we compare original ship date to invoice date and invoice date to original ship date the percent on time is different. Can you explain why that would be? Shouldn’t the on percentage of on time be the same since we are comparing the exact same data? Which percentage is the accurate one?

I gathered some information on this,
Upon testing the dashboard compare orig. ship date vs invoice date and flipping them, it seems to base the date range after whichever is in the first spot, thus getting the different values.
Regarding which percentage is accurate, I think filtering by the original ship date compared to the actual invoice date would show the percentage you want to see.
