Open Sales Order KPI on Front Page - Total Resale = Total GP

I noticed that the KPI on the front page is not accurately shown. IT shows the Total Resale value = Total GP.

Hi Regis,

It does look like there are a couple of things not working as expected with that widget. Let me send this to our engineers and get some clarification on what data this widget should be using, and what might be causing it to show the data as it is currently.

I’ll update you once I have some more information here.

Just wanted to update you, we were able to resolve the issue with the Order Values widget. We’re currently testing it, but it should be there by the time your instance gets updated to 3.8.

Just FYI, as of 11/3, we’re running 3.8.4
