Hi,
Is there a way to enter a customer PO into CETEC and generate an Order Acknowledgment pdf to send to them?

Once the order is entered, if you click on the “PDF (QUICK)” tab on the left-hand side it will generate an order acknowledgement.

FYI, the PDF (QUICK) is two separate buttons, click PDF to select the fields you want before emailing, click (QUICK) to bypass the field selection and use whatever you previously set.
