Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Which users are not able to clock out? I did some testing and it appears “Admin” users can clock out fine. I am wanting to test to see if this is a user role issue that 4.17 unintentionally caused. If you wouldn’t mind, let me know which users in your Cetec instance cannot clock out and I’ll begin testing promptly.

I impersonated multiple users and was able to clock out on all of them. This leads me to believe this may be a cacheing issue. Would you please instruct your users to hard refresh/clear their cache and let us know if this issue continues?
On Windows/Linux, hold down Ctrl + F5. On Mac, press Command + Shift + R multiple times in quick succession.
we ended up going to the history and deleting cookie data. then started cetec again and that worked.
