I am attempting to find the Lock Qty checkbox for an existing PO we are working on. the PO is Mn12669.1 Can you please tell me what we have wrong, as I can not see this checkbox.

The Lock Qty To Line checkbox isn’t something that’s available on the Outsource PO edit page. That function is tied directly to the ‘Outsource PO’ creation process when generating the outsource from a workorder in the system.
As you can see when you navigate into a workorder, and create the Outsource PO object directly from the order object, we allow you to lock the line qty to the quantity on the order line:
Currently there isn’t a way to lock the Outsource PO line quantity without having created the outsource PO directly from the workorder object. The workorder object has a line qty the system can lock to when created from there.
