There are many times I will make 2 or more work orders for one p.o.

Is there a way to have all the line items on one confirmation rather than on each individual work order?

By PO are you referencing a Outsource PO connected to work order? And what do you mean by confirmation?

This for our customers purchase orders. By confirmation I mean Order Acknowlegement.

If you make separate orders they can’t have the same order acknowledgement unfortunately. You can add multiple lines to an order so you can just add the lines of the other order you’d like to make to the same order to keep them together. There is flexibility to change dates as well if everything will not be shipping out at once. But order acknowledgement is only per order and multiple orders can’t be put on the same one.
