We are getting a 500 - internal server error when we try to print or see packing slips.

I’ve reviewed the packing slip PDF link you provided above, and it looks like this is working as expected now - Cetec ERP
Please let me know if you run into any other 500 errors when viewing items within your Cetec ERP instance.
