Hi, we’ve got a discrepancy between old and new versions of Part Data, if you look at these the old version shows a demand of 1 (correct) and the new react page shows a demand of 12 which is incorrect.

I think it’s showing closed/invoices orders as part of the demand, and this also shows on MRP

Shows a demand for 8 that has already been picked, Quantity on Hand of 0, -8 Qty Available, but we have 143 in bins.
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you here. I took a look at the part record and I am still seeing that odd behavior. I am going to escalate that to engineering. MRP looks correct now so that issue seems alright.

I was able to recache the part and fix the issue. It looks like since these bins are so old they hadn’t updated with the correct amounts. You should be good to go now!

It would appear that this issue continues…
The following two parts appear on MRP yet we have enough stock to satisfy open orders.
We are loosing trust in what MRP is telling us and cannot afford the time to interrogate each part individually on a daily basis…

MRP is currently asking us to purchase 1,050 of each of the above and relaying that there are is currently no stock.

Currently I am not seeing anything on MRP for those 2 parts. Have you recently refreshed your MRP? This looks to be correct now.
