WHEN SEARCHING FOR PARTS, THE DESCRIPTION DOESN’T POPULATE ANYMORE.
WHAT CAN I DO TO CHANGE BACK TO SEARCH BY PART DESCRIPTION
My guess is that it is a cache issue.
Try ctrl+ shift+ R.
Also clear cookies and cache data and see if that fixes it.

I wanted to confirm that this is indeed a bug, another customer reported this. Our engineering team has a fix for this and we anticipate it to be deployed in the next 5-10 days.
