Hello!
We have a user that is receiving part requests email notifications, but they are not listed on the config settings to receive emails. Could I get some help digging into this to see if there is a setting I am missing?
I checked:
default_wh_picker_id
Part Req CC List
I think this happens when part requests are sent via a production order rather than creating a new record from the part request screen. User 8 is listed as the default warehouse picker. However, user 5 becomes the assigned user when part requests are generated from a production order and user 5 is the one receiving the part request emails.
I can message privately with more user specific information in our environment.
