Part Request Picking Issue

Hi,
We are encountering an issue after rollout of new version " [4.101]". After creation of part request when we pick qty and update request more with change status . Request more status will be change but the qty not picked. Request more close with 0 qty picked.
Here is an example:

Hello,

So at this point in time you need to set the part request to ‘pending pick’ to set the qty, push submit, then you can ‘complete pick and close request’. This was a recent update. The approval checkbox is being repaired right now as well and should be tested and in production next week.
