Parts List export not matching what is shown in Cetec

Good morning,

We are currently having an issue with the export of the part list. We like to give our purchasing team the export as a guide on what to buy for a particular customer. However, I have noticed since I added in the new demand there are 4 parts that show a 0 QR. I added the demand over a month ago, so I figured the system has had plenty of time to catch up. But these parts never show a QR on the export. If I search for the part in Parts list, it shows that the parts have a QR. As seen in screenshots below.

But when I export this is what we see.

We have done a couple of things to try to fix the issue on our own such as clearing our cache, using different browsers and having other users try as well.

We use the export quite a bit so having accurate information is important.

@Heathkaychey thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’ll see if I can reproduce this on the new version of the parts list and forward that to our engineering team. In the mean time have you tried exporting from the old version of the parts list? The link on the page to the old version is no longer available but you can go to it directly by using the below link..

Oddly enough 3 of the 4 parts we were having an issue with now show a QR using the old version. However, one part is still showing no QR in the export.

When I filter old version of the part list by Preferred Manufacturer of analogic I get 299 records. In the export PRT6-126160-01 is record number 256 and has a QR of 20.

I was able to reproduce the issue on the new version of the parts list.. I’ll keep you informed on when that’ll be fixed in your environment.

@Heathkaychey engineering has a fix for the new part list export. It should be in your environment by the end of next week.
