Unable to Pay Vouchers. Saying Can’t overpay Voucher 1258. I changed the digits to round up to the 2nd digit but it’s saying I’m overpaying by a hundredth of a penny.

Please help!

Kris,

I went in and tried to do a test payment of Voucher 1258. The same error message was showing up for me:

I went into Admin > Config Settings > Config Settings and changed the po_currency_precision value to 3 and clicked Set.

1452×896 114 KB

After doing that, I was able to pay Voucher 1258.

Let me know if that resolves the issue for you. We’re just trying to get this resolved since paying vouchers is pretty important!
