We used to have an option labeled “Pick All Lines” when selecting parts on a work order, but it no longer appears. Is there a system setting that controls this feature and may have been turned off, or has the “Pick All Lines” option been removed in a recent update?
I’ve checked the pick list page and indeed do not see the Pick All Lines hyperlink populating at the bottom of the pick list. I checked your config settings and confirmed that’s not set to ‘Hide’ that particular feature. I’m pulling a backup here, and will follow that up with some testing/comparisons between the two.
If I can reproduce this behavior I’ll generate a ticket to our engineering team to review that feature not populating for you. I’ll be in touch with an update as soon as I have more details on this.
The reason that Pick All Lines hyperlink/feature has disappeared is because you’ve setup the picking process to require scanning to pick parts - Cetec ERP
If you have that config turned on for your locations, we remove the ability to use the pick all lines feature. The part_pick_require_scan config forces users to scan every part to pick it to the pick list, and won’t allow you to use the pick all feature.
Thank you for your response. I want to note that we had set those values back in 2020 and 2021 and were able to use the Pick All Lines feature until just recently. Regardless, I updated that config setting and I am still getting the same result of not seeing the Pick All Lines button.
If you want the ‘Pick All Lines’ feature to be visible again you need to set the value in both of those configs in your screenshot to a blank value and hit ‘Set’.
Then go back into your pick list page for one of your orders and that should then be visible again for you to use. Having a value in both of 1 in those configuration fields turns that config on.
Please let me know if turning those configuration values off (inputting a value of 0 or blanking it out) do not give you access to that pick all lines feature. We hide that now when you require users when scanning to pick inventory to orders.
