View Work/Edit
We cannot edit pieces completed when a user enters the wrong quantity. When you go back to the work order view it doesn’t reflect changes that were made.
You can change the time and also the comment but not the pieces completed.

Hello,

I went to our view work report, listed under production, mgmt, view work. I was able to enter in pieces completed and hit set (which will turn green, with an ‘ok’ message, you may need to double click), this updated the pieces segment.

Change completed pieces from 10 to 0 and see what happens.
