when trying to convert a PQuote to an approved state it keeps looping back and saying not approved. Also when trying to move an ECO to the stage doc control from quality it approves and then refreshes saying state changed to quality.
this is hindering the ability to purchase or update parts for NPI.
I would recommend making sure your email is setup properly in Cetec. We’ve had this problem in the past when the app specific password was changed and it needed updating in Cetec.
