We have a line item on our monthly invoice for a Portal User. Can anyone tell me what that is? It is separate from our normal users and production only users. We don’t know what that is and don’t know who that user is.

All questions related to your monthly subscription billing can be routed directly to our accounting team at accounting@cetecerp.com
As for finding the portal users, you can do so by clicking Admin > Users > Portal Mgmt/Vendor Portal Mgmt
Whichever of those lists the portal user is present on, you can click the inactivate link to remove them.
