I have pricing rules set for an entire PRC however semi often now it will not pull the discount. So ACR101 will pull the 40% discount but ACR102 will just pull the default resale. It seems to be happening more and more. Is this a bug with the system?
Just did another quote where the customer has a standard discount on AAY (PRC). It pulls the correct discount for parts AAY110302 and AAY110402 however on AAY103101 in that same quote it doesn’t discount the resale at all. ???
