Pricing Rules Malfunction

So I’m setting up pricing rules for our customers and we when I run a quote to test the pricing rule, it doesn’t adjust the price accordingly.

The first pricing rule is -25% and when I run the quote for the business type specific customer, it only subtracts 20%

The second pricing rule is -31% and when I run the quote for the business type specific customer, it only subtracts 24%

I have followed the instructed process to add pricing rules for Business Types

Can you please look into what is going on?

You should be able to correct this by changing the % sign on the rule values to “m”, as shown in the screenshot below:

We try to note in the hovertip on that box, the little info icon, and if you click the “read this” link on the pricing rules page, but if you only do the % sign the value only effects the margin of the cost/resale.
