Printed Pick List Showing All Bins

Hello Cetec team,

Would you please let me know if there is a setting on the config “show_bins_on_printable_pick_parts” to show only the picked bin(s) on the printed picked parts list? Right now, we have this config set as a value of 1, and all bins with the part are showing up (in addition to the bin with the picked part). This just started happing today. Prior to today, that config was left blank.

Hey Dave,

Do you by chance have a pick part list URL you could send over that I can use for testing here? I want to work through a few things here on our end to see if we can get that process fixed up for you and back to what you’re expecting.

If not, a simple order number would suffice!

@PSC apologies for the delay getting back to you.

Please try setting the config ‘only_show_needed_bins_on_printable_pick_parts’ to 1.. I believe the first config will currently cause all available bins to be printed with the pick list. If that second config is also set.. then if the part if fully picked then only the picked bins will show. If the part isn’t fully picked only the bins with sufficient quantity required to fill the order will be shown.
