Problem Creating AR Payment

I create an Internal Account - AR Payment to record a transfer from one of our bank accounts to another one of our bank accounts, as Cetec has advised in the past. As of this morning when I try to create an AR Payment, it appears no Intercompany accounts are showing as an option to create a payment to.

I found a workaround by creating a payment for another customer that eventually put me in a Deposit screen that had the line at the top that said Create payment for: . In that field, Internal Account does come up.

Apologies for the delay in response here! Are you seeing this behavior in the New Version as well as in the Old Version? I do see that the customer list does not populate in the drop down menu in the Old Version, but does in the New Version. If you would please attempt this in the New Version and let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue, we will do additional investigation to determine if there’s a bug that needs addressing.

I’m seeing this happen in the old and new version. I am looking to create an AR Payment for Internal Account (1) and I am not seeing this is an option in either version.
