Hi. I got a production order for 4 products, out of the 4 only 2 are completed. my question is how to complete the order for the 2 products that are ready without canceling the order for the outstanding 2.

@AntonisPapakyriacou you can partially ship an order line. The order ship type must by partial.. if that’s the case you can go to the invoice / ship screen for the order. Enter in the number of items you wish to ship and make sure everything is picked. You should then be able to create an invoice. If the order line has remaining items due then the remainder will be moved to a new order line.
