Hi,
We are facing a critical issue in our Cetec instance.
Some of our production screens are not opening and are showing the following message:
“500 – Internal Server Error”
Because of this, our production lines are completely stuck . Several jobs are currently in process, but we are unable to:
Order Ref#
Order#8042.1
Order#7932.1
Order#8180.1
Order#8274.1
This order cannot be opened at all due to the error, and it is blocking our production workflow.
This issue is causing immediate delays in manufacturing, and we are unable to take any action on the production lines.
Could someone please assist us urgently or provide guidance on how to resolve this 500 error?
Your quick support will be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Rana Muneeb

Hi Rana,
I am able to open these orders and am not seeing an error.
Are you able to do a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R), or, log in and back out to see if that resolves the issue?

@rana826 can you check those orders again and see if they’re working for you now? Looks like some of the part revisions and linked master revisions that no longer existed. We’ve removed those links and it should be working now.
Thanks!

@rana826 can you try them again? They appear to be working now. I’ve made sure all revisions that are sourcing their labor plan from a non existent master revision are unlinked so at least that shouldn’t be an issue anymore.
Thanks,
