I know that we pay for each person that has access to Cetec, I am getting ready to start tracking the labor (we currently use use estimated labor) and I don’t want to add every employee to cetec and pay for them, how do you give production access to scan a job to start building and to know who worked on the job?

If you have a list of users that are going to only be scanning in and out of workorders, picking parts, etc etc… we have a user role that you can assign to your production employees.
This user role is provided at half the typical user price but limits the user whom you assign it to only production types of actions. It’s called the Production Only user role.
Keep in mind, this user role is half the price, but limits the user to only production tasks and that’s it. They won’t be able to run reporting, filter for orders, go through quotes, process PQuotes/PO’s… it’s strictly limited to production only tasks.
You’d still be required to pay for the access into your Cetec ERP system… but at half the cost. All you’d need to do is generate their profiles in Cetec ERP (via an admin user), and assign the Production Only user role to them at half the price.
