Production Work Order Error

I created a Production WO and after clicking commit 2x an error pop out.

Can I get access to your environment? It does look like it created the order. If you look up the order can you pull it up?

When I look up the order it give the same error.

The order that included the 500 was tested during recent optimizations with a dataset that we’ve since realized didn’t account for customer association types in the way that it should have.
This matter is now resolved & has been since deployed to most places.
