When trying to load the project screen it takes a very long time for the screen to load.

I tested this and I agree - it takes a long time to load.
It took me minutes when using the Old Version, but when I used the New Version, it took around 30 seconds to open.
You guys have a lot of data in those projects, and since you’re resident-hosted, there is not much we can do on our side. Both of those factors can make Project module load slowly. Please use the New Version moving forward.
If the New Version is unbearable, let us know. I had engineering take a look just to see if there was anything that we could do, and they unfortunately communicated the system is functioning as intended.
