A lot of our tabs are not loading. Projects, usage logs, and some other ones.
Its been spinning for about 30 mins now

I have the same issue on a few screens.
If you use the old version, it seems to load.

The project screen is still not loading and we use this tool a lot

Just to give you an update, we have a patch for 4.18 that will speed up the project page and prevent it from doing this. It will come out in the next release.
