We have been experiencing an issue in Cetec since October 5, 2024, which seems to have occurred during the rollover to a new revision in the system. This problem is affecting only one of our customer’s orders. When we create a quote or order for our customer with “Customer ID: 25,” the system displays a “500 Internal Server Error,” and when we try to open or work on the quote, it remains stuck on the loading screen. I’ve attached a screenshot and the link for reference.

We are now encountering the same issue with another customer while creating a quote. The Customer ID is: “58”. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible, as it is a critical matter.
It looks like the issue here was a revision was deleted which caused a lot of issues in the system including this 500 error. Engineering restored that revision but in the future it is better to inactivate a revision instead of deleting them. Deleting revisions can orphan off data which is why this occurred.
Thank you for resolving the issue with Customer ID: 25. Could you please let me know how much time is needed to resolve the issue for Customer ID: 58? We are still facing the same problem with this customer.

Could you please clarify whether the revision was deleted by our team or if it was done by Cetec? This will help us understand the cause of the issue and prevent it in the future.
I’ve let engineering know about this other quote. This was due to someone on your end deleting a parent revision. Cetec does not automatically delete revisions.
