When I try to discount all items in a quote only half of the items receive the discount.
Are you still having issues with this? Cetec ERP It seems the discount has applied to all of them. Did you add them manually? If you are still having an issue can you tell me what process you take when adding discounts?

Yes I am still having this issue. My step by step process is listed below:
- Add all parts to a quote
- click “change all lines”
- Select the add discount to all lines
- Select the discount level from the list
At this time CETEC adds the individual rows to add discounts but does not apply them. I have to go through and manually add the discount from the drop down on each line. This is very inefficient when working on large quotes, so any help on streamlining this process would be helpful!
I haven’t been able to replicate this issue. When I add discounts to all the lines by selecting the discount it adds it to all the lines successfully. Are you selecting one of these options when you add the discount?
