On some of our design quotes we have a description that lays out what’s included in our design package. On the part it looks like this:

But when added to a quote and turned into a PDF it’s all squished together like so:

How do we stop it from being condensed and keep it in the bullet point format?

There are a couple of different ways you could do this. The first, and definitely most error prone and time intensive for you, would be to include HTML tags with the text in the tech description to get it to display as desired on the PDF.
The other is something we can do to the Order PDF custom doc that will tell it to interpret your returns in the tech description as line breaks when rendering the PDF. If you want us to do that, let us know.
