We have at least one quote that we are trying to send over to a customer. The total for the quote is not correctly reflecting the discounts. The quote total is showing the standard price total. This occurred with the 4.101 release. See /quote/1720/pdf
In the Beta environment which is 4.11, the quote total correctly reflects the discounts.
Is it only on the PDF that the totals appear incorrect? i.e. are the totals on the page at /quote/1720/view correct?
If so, then I suspect this has something to do with the PDF itself. If that’s the case, then the next thing to check would be to see if you’re using a custom doc for your quote PDFs. Most of the time beta environments are using the Cetec default PDFs, so if your production environment is a custom doc that might shed some light on why one appears correct and the other doesn’t.
Also worth noting that the beta environment is typically running the next version of Cetec, so if the PDF itself isn’t the issue then likely it’s something that has already been found and addressed, and will be correct in the next release.

Unfortunately it turns out I hadn’t replicated this issue. It seems to be working in our version of 4.10 code and 4.11 as I’ve tested in both places. Is this happening on new quotes? If you try creating the quote again do you still see this issue?
