I’ve coordinated with our Engineering team. This behavior can occur when the address entered on the quote header has no tax group on the customer record. Navigate to the customer record, scroll down to addresses, and update the tax groups here:
Then try to load your quote again. Let me know if you’re still encountering an issue. I hope this helps.
