After the recent update it looks like Quotes with line item totals, don’t have a Quote Total

We had this problem with a limited number of quotes. It seemed like it might have been connected to quotes created in a certain period of time. Have you tried clicking on “Reprice”? I believe this fixed the quote for us. Also, I believe cloning the quote worked, as well.

It looks like the quote that Steve sent over has already been closed & committed to order. I saw the resale value of $0.00 (and Ext Resale value of $0.00) showing on the quote.
Engineering is aware of this issue and has built out a fix to correct this issue on the quote and order objects. That should be rolling out sometime in the next 7-10 days.
The workaround here is to make sure and add that resale value back into the ordline after you’ve committed the quote over to an order and that should populate the resale data you’re wanting to see.
If the $0.00 value is showing on the quote Sherri is correct here - the repricing process should re-establish the resale value to your quote for you. If you’re seeing resale values show as $0.00 on the order once it commits there’s a fix that should be resolving that.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing. Please keep an eye out next week to make sure your Quotes & Orders are showing the resale totals like they should be.
