Do you add anything to the comment box when you send these? Could you share your REACH analysis process and record trail?

No, I do not add anything to the comment box because I do not know how to do so. When I look into this option, it looks like the comment box is only for C.O.C. Please explain.
Manufacture Reach information is put into each component and then I send the reach form in the order documents.
Please advise if this is not accurate.
Also, are you able to update your form to indicate the current REACH 211 statement released Jan 19, 2021?
