“Receive the parts” - as in physically they come through the door, or you “Receive” them in Cetec? Wouldnt we want to inspect them and have the opportunity to reject before the accepting?
Going at this another way, perhaps is there a flow chart of the steps Cetec has in mind that it references for how the work flow operates/how Cetec operates in that manner?
I think we are miscommunicating.

What is your current process for receiving parts?
The inspection I mentioned before is done on the warehouse receiving screen, where you can accept or reject parts, then you can attach docs/images once you have done that.
