I’m receiving parts from an internal build order, and it won’t allow me to move the parts into the same bin with other parts. I tried this in the university and it works. The university has the following window that allows it to merge.
What is the setting that allows this merge? I haven’t found it in our live version.

Hello,

This is a config you can turn on called "prevent bin merge’, you can set this to 0 to allow you to merge bins.

I want to be clear that this does cause you to lose traceability on the items you receive, and we do not recommend merging bins.

That sounds like what i was able to do in the screen shot. Does this still prevent the other bin rules from being broken? This only applies to layers of the same product, so i won’t be albe to put two differing products in the same bin? Thank you.

Correct, it does still have to be the same product.

You can not tie two receipts to one bin, so that is why you lose traceability. All other rules should stay the same.
