Is there a way for CETEC to stop clerk from entering and overage amount?
Could you provide an example of a clerk entering an overage amount? You don’t have to include the entire URL just everything after .com so I can check into this for you.
If I could also get the username of the user whom entered the overage amount I’ll check into their user role privileges to see what they’re capabilities are within your environment.
