Could you please take a look and tell me why this is off? The difference should be showing $0 but it’s way off.
Hi @kali, our engineering team is aware of this issue, and already has a fix coming in the next week or so that will address it.
The problem only affects reconciles for libility/credit accounts, and is because the logic for calculating the cleared balances for those types of accounts has to be inverted from normal cash accounts. One quick way you can verify this is by (temporarily of course!) setting your starting and ending balances to negative values, and you should see that the delta will get properly calculated out to be zero.
