Release 4.17 - Order List Submit Error

Our system updated to 4.17 a couple of days ago and the “Order List - New” is not working…
we get the error message when we click Submit… “Error: something went wrong. Please try again” for a few users, but not all. Cleared browser cache, even installed new browser on fresh pc and still have the affected users have the same issue.

Hey Brooks,

I’m currently working to see if I can reproduce this behavior on the Order List Report & the error that you’re receiving.

If you can, please add this into your URL link to swap over to the ‘old version’ of that page /order/list (make sure to clear out everything past .com and add that after you’ve removed the back end of the URL).

That should get you back up and running until we get the new version error corrected for you.

Hey Brooks,

I’ve gone through and navigated to your Order List Report (new version) and was able to populate the data from that report without any errors.

Are you still having an issue here with this report in general? Is the error still persistently showing up “Something went wrong. Please try again” whenever you try to run it?

If you’re still having issues with that report please let me know ASAP. As it sits, testing hasn’t reproduced this particular issue. I’ve also impersonated your profile and run the report without any issues:
