On the release to pick screen of an order the batch print feature is not working. I am trying to batch print the plate for selected lines and when i press batch print it says 505 - Internal Server Error…report to support. Cetec ERP
@lwalker We’ll have to have our engineering team take a look and see what’s causing that error. We’ll get back to you about it as soon as we can.
In the meantime, you should be able to go in to each workorder page individually, go to the documents tab, and print the individual plates. A little more time consuming, but keeps things moving forward while we investigate the issue with batch printing.
This should be back to normal for you now.

@lwalker Our engineers took a look at this, and were able to fix what was causing the problem with the batch printing. Should be good to go now!
